According to the Humanity Publications Board of Governers recommendation, GPSRR was initially published on Biannual base-two issues per year, i.e. 2016 (Spring & Fall) and 2017 (Spring & Fall). But due to the on-and-on requests of the national academia, the aforementioned board revise its recommendation for 2018, and onwards, i.e. the frequency has been changed from biannual to quarterly-four issues per year, having the following breakup:

Important Notes:
- Submission Deadline: 20th of the first month of respective issue.
- Peer Review Deadline: 30th of the second month of respective issue.
- Final Decision Notification: Till the 20th of the last month of respective issue.
- Publication Date: 30th of the last month of respective issue.
- Early Submissions: Manuscripts submitted before the submission deadline may be considered for earlier review and feedback.
- Rolling Submissions: Submissions are accepted throughout the year, and any manuscript not processed in time for one issue will automatically be considered for the next.
- Online First: Accepted papers may be published online ahead of their official release in the quarterly issue.
